Mountain State offering discount for military families
Mountain State University, a multi-campus and online school based in West Virginia, is lowering its tuition rate for many undergraduate programs to $250 per credit hour, available to active-duty military, Reservists, and National Guardsmen. Spouses and dependents are also eligible. Reduced tuition is available for business administration, accounting, legal studies, medical assisting, criminal justice, aviation, forensics, leadership, computer science, and information technology. West Virginia Veterans Re-education Act Fund:
Tuition assistance to those veterans who need a new vocation due to dislocation or unemployment.
Eligibility: Veteran must have exhausted the GI Bill and be in need of tuition assistance.

West Virginia National Guard Education Benefits:
The State of West Virginia will pay up to 100% of in-resident tuition and fees at any state-supported college/university. Out of state students pay tuition at the in-state rates at state supported schools.
Eligibility: Available Only to National Guard service members.
